Project Overview
MediCare Health wanted a digital platform that could simplify the appointment booking process for patients while reducing the administrative workload for healthcare staff. The previous system relied heavily on manual scheduling, which created delays and confusion for both patients and clinic teams. We designed a user-friendly booking system that allows patients to view doctor availability, select convenient time slots, and receive automated appointment confirmations. The platform significantly improved scheduling efficiency while providing a smoother experience for patients.
